Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once processed, shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
All together, you can expect your order in around 6 to 9 business days.
Will I get an order confirmation email?
Yes, as soon as your order goes through, we'll send a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I track my order?
Definitely. Once your shed ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

How do I request a return?
Just email us at britishsheds@support.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll take it from there.
Are any items excluded from returns?
Items that arrive used, assembled, or without their original packaging generally can't be returned. Any product-specific exceptions will be noted on that product's page before you buy.
Do your sheds come with a warranty?
Most of our sheds come with a manufacturer's warranty covering material and build defects. Warranty length varies by product, so check the individual product page or get in touch and we'll confirm the details for you.
Will my shed arrive assembled?
No, our sheds arrive flat-packed for delivery. Each one comes with assembly instructions, and estimated build time is listed on the product page where available.
