30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be sent back in its original packaging
- Include all included accessories and components
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

When you contact us, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
We provide a free return shipping label for approved returns, and we don't charge any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can put things right.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products. Please reach out to our support team before returning your item so we can arrange this.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
- Products that have been altered or assembled incorrectly
- Returns sent back without prior authorisation
- Items no longer in their original condition
